The short version: all 259 tools process your files inside your browser, so nothing is uploaded and we hold no copy of your documents. This page also explains the advertising that keeps the site free and the choices you have.
Our website address is: https://11zon.cc.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
11zon is free to use, and advertising pays for it. Our main advertising partner is Google AdSense. The publisher id associated with this site is pub-8928122502589555.
Third-party vendors, Google among them, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Those cookies are set by Google and its partners, not by us. We cannot read them, and we do not receive the browsing history behind them. What we see in our AdSense reporting is aggregate: how many impressions ran, roughly what they earned, and how the site performed as a whole.
You can opt out of personalised advertising. Visit Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com and turn off personalisation there. To opt out of third-party vendor cookies used for interest-based advertising more broadly, use https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. European visitors can use https://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Opting out does not remove ads from the site. The ads you see simply stop being tailored to you through those cookies.
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, consent is collected before any advertising cookie is set. Our consent banner runs on Google Consent Mode v2, and ad and analytics storage default to denied until you make a choice. Say no and no advertising cookie is written. Say yes and you can reverse that decision whenever you like through the “Cookie settings” button, which stays available on every page.
Some of this is unusual for a website, and it is worth stating clearly.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases.
California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA. You have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction of inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the consent you control. Exercising your rights will not cost you access to any tool, and every tool here is free to everyone who visits.
Our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control is the “Cookie settings” button. Open it, set advertising to off, and save. That turns off the advertising cookies on your device from that point forward. You can also send us a request by email.
Google is a US company, and it may process data connected to advertising in the United States and in other countries where it and its partners operate. When personal data moves out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google applies safeguards for that transfer, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where it applies and Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. Google describes these arrangements in its own privacy documentation. Our own position is simple: we hold no browser-based copy of your files, because files never leave your device, and our server logs stay with our hosting and infrastructure providers.
11zon is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies locally. There are no accounts to create, so there is no age-gated registration and no profile to build. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to [email protected] and we will delete it. Advertising on this site is not intended to be personalised for children.
Our server keeps standard access logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting, we keep them for a short period, typically 30 days, and then they are deleted. After that window we no longer hold them.
There is no file retention, and the phrase needs no hedging. Files you process never reach our servers, so there is nothing stored to retain and nothing to delete later. Closing the tab ends our involvement with the file entirely. Your consent choice sits in your own browser’s localStorage under z11_consent_v1 and stays until you clear it or change your answer. Emails you send us are kept while we deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a portable copy, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.
To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand what you are asking. We respond within 30 days. If a request is complex we may tell you that we need a little longer, and we will explain why rather than leave you waiting in silence. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, which is a safeguard rather than an obstacle; in practice, since we hold no accounts and no files, the only personal data we are likely to have is an email you sent us and a server log line from your visit.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first, though it usually resolves matters faster if you do.
We update this policy when something real changes: a new ad partner, a new analytics product, a change in how logs are kept, or a change in the law that affects what we have to say. When we make a material change we will note it on this page and, where the change affects consent, ask you again through the banner. Old versions are not archived publicly, but if you want to know what the policy said on a given date, email us and we will tell you.
Questions about this policy, or about anything in the sections above, go to [email protected] or through our contact page.
