Before You Write — Quick Answers
The four questions we get most often, answered here so you might not need the form at all.
Is 11zon really free to use?
Yes. All 259 tools are free, with no account, no watermarks and no daily limits.
I found a bug — what should I include?
The tool you used, the file type (no need to attach the file itself unless we ask), your browser, and what happened versus what you expected.
Can you add a tool that's missing?
Possibly — send the suggestion. Tools that get requested most often move up the list.
Do you keep the files I process?
No. Browser-based tools never upload your file at all, and the server-based conversions are deleted right after processing.
